If it doesn't work for you, we make it right.

The short version: If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 120 days. We'll give you a full refund or send you a replacement. Your choice. No need to ship anything back.

What's Covered

Everything. If the product doesn't work for your skin, if you have a reaction, if the bottle was damaged in shipping, if you just changed your mind. We don't ask you to justify it.

How It Works

Email support@tatanga.co within 120 days of your purchase
Tell us what happened and whether you want a refund or a replacement
We process it. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Replacements ship within 3 to 5 business days.
You do not need to ship the product back

Why We Do This

We make these products by hand in Montana. We know what's in them and we know they work. But skin is personal, and what works for most people might not work for you. We'd rather lose a bottle than lose your trust.

The Only Thing We Ask

Be honest. This policy exists because we trust our customers. If something went wrong, tell us. We'll fix it.
